Are children invited?
We ask that children ages 8 and below not attend Friday’s events.
We welcome children of any age to attend the party on Saturday.
Where should I stay?
We recommend staying in Downtown LA, Echo Park, Silver Lake, or Los Feliz.
Downtown LA has a range of hotels and price ranges available. Echo Park, Silver Lake, and Los Feliz have fewer hotels but many Airbnb options. Staying west of Hollywood is not recommended. Given the variety of options available, we have not reserved a block of rooms for wedding guests. Here are some hotels we recommend:
What airport is most convenient?
The most convenient airport to our house and recommended neighborhoods is Burbank.
LAX also works just fine, but it is farther away and has higher variance.
Should I rent a car?
All of the aforementioned neighborhoods are an easy Uber or taxi ride from the listed airports and events in our wedding. If you want to do additional exploration and sightseeing, then it makes sense for you to rent a car.

Visit: Griffith Park (We recommend walking up to the observatory from Fern Dell)

Silver Lake
Visit: Silver Lake Reservoir
Eat: Pine and Crane, Botanica
Echo Park
Visit: Elysian Park
Eat: Honey Hi, Estillo Angel’s Tijuana Tacos, Canyon Coffee
Downtown
Visit: The Broad, MoCA
Eat: Grand Central Market
Pasadena
Visit: Huntington Garden.
